Our residents enjoyed a lovely Easter weekend here at Meyer House Care Home and really loved our Willy Wonka theme.
In our usual fashion, we went ‘all out’ on our decorations and turned our Home into a colourful and captivating chocolate factory, complete with inflatable candy canes, gingerbread bunting, balloons, posters, jars of sweets, cupcakes and Wonka Bars galore!
Our residents had lots of fun posing for photos in Mr Wonka’s iconic purple top hat!
As well as all receiving a Wonka Bar (with Golden Tickets of course!), all our ladies and gents were presented with an Easter egg each, plus a variety of sweets to eat whilst watching the classic film ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory‘. Such a treat!
