Happy birthday Grace from everyone at Meyer House
The lovely Grace at Meyer House Care Home in Erith become a centenarian on Saturday 4 August and proudly received a commemorative card from HRH Queen Elizabeth.
Grace received many cards, gifts and balloons, and she shared her beautiful decorated birthday cake with family and friends at the Home.
