Our residents at Meyer House Care Home enjoyed a trip out last week to visit one of our favourite garden centres – Polhill.
After checking out the lovely plants and choosing some nice furniture for our gardens, we had a lovely lunch before returning home – happy, but ready to put our feet up!
Everyone really enjoyed the outing and spending time socialising.
