Our residents at Meyer House Care Home had a very fruitful day on Monday 13 March, as we celebrated ‘Mocktail Monday’ as part of Nutrition and Hydration Week.
They made their own mocktails and fruit skewers, which went down really well and it was wonderful to see so much vibrant colour and freshly cut fruit for everyone to enjoy – Sheila loved hers and said it was so refreshing.
We think we definitely got our five a day!
