Last week we took two of our residents from Meyer House Care Home to enjoy a session on the ice at a local skating rink.
Staff supported our residents to enjoy a turn out on the ice. They had a fantastic time – and who says skating is for the young? Our lady resident who went is 103 and had the best time!
Skating was followed by a nice cup of hot chocolate and slice of cake.
We had so much fun that we have organised for another two of our residents to go next week!
