Halloween painting
Preparations are under way for Halloween here at Meyer House Care Home and our pumpkin painting has begun.
We had Hugh, our two Bills and Pam showing us all how it’s done with their favourite bright colours.
Now the fun begins when we start adding all the little details – all ready for some spooky fun on the 31 October!
Pie and mash
As most of our residents are Londoners they like nothing better than a good old-fashioned plate of ‘Pie and mash‘.
So what better takeaway to have on Saturday – pie and mash covered in the usual topping of liquor and vinegar!
Bill was first at the table for his and couldn’t wait to get stuck in!
It went down a treat with everyone – yummy!
