Meyer House Care Home staff and residents have had many reasons to smile so far this week; some lovely relatives sent in gifts of wine and chocolate biscuits, and residents have enjoyed lots of fun activities.
A surprise delivery of flowers
Our resident Kath received a wonderful surprise delivery of flowers and a lovely card from her family.
Indoor activities and outdoor sunshine
We had a fun time with a giant parachute in the lounge, followed by a relaxing mocktail in the sunshine.
Making peppermint creams
Lisa helped Bill, Jan, Doreen, Doris and Joan to make peppermint creams this week – we even dipped them in chocolate as an extra treat!
