Party time!
Our team here at at Meyer House Care Home put on a fantastic “Welcome Home” party on Wednesday 11 August; we held special celebrations to mark the end of the six month long virtual cruise. The armchair travel adventure has been a big hit with our residents and we disembarked in style!
As Meyer House celebrated their return to England last week, the Queen ‘Liz was there to greet us, amidst Union Jack flags, banners and bunting. We enjoyed the lovely Debbie, singing for us, and we dined like Kings and Queens!
So it’s farewell from the Captain and crew at Meyer House, and what an amazing journey it’s been!
