Singer Ian

We had a really enjoyable afternoon at Meyer House Care Home on Thursday 12 June, when performer Ian came in to sing for us.

Ian is very popular with our residents, providing lots of audience participation, and everyone always has a really good time.

Great fun and some fantastic lively tunes – thanks Ian!

Feathered friend

One of our ladies showed a keen interest in birds recently, so Debbie our Activities Coordinator decided to bring one of her pet birds in from her collection of 18 in her aviary at home – a little eight week old girl budgie who our residents named ‘Delilah‘.

She spent some time getting lots of attention from everyone, which really made their day!
