Pine cone painting
Our residents at Meyer House Care Home had great fun painting some pine cones a variety of colours this week; it was messy and thoroughly enjoyable!
Our resident Helen’s grandson was delighted to help his Nanny paint hers and he also painted a few of his own.
Pumpkin creations
Everyone was concentrating very hard when it came to pumpkin painting this week. They’ve turned out so well and our residents were very pleased. We couldn’t pick a winner so it was prizes all round.
Creative group activities like painting are a wonderful way for our ladies and gents to socialise and they feel a great sense of pride in their creations.
