We thought a smile from our residents to their relatives would be a nice activity recently, so we made some ‘virtual hugs’ pictures for them to use for some photos at Meyer House Care Home.
It was lovely to see our residents’ smiling faces and we hope their loved ones enjoyed seeing them, sent with love.
Hugh was busy too, making a picture message which we could send to his wife Janet, who visits every week to see him through the window. Both Hugh and Janet love owls, so Hugh’s picture was perfect – a wonderful way to send his love.
And in the run up to Halloween, we’ve been busy with our Halloween arts and crafts. Maggie just loves to participate and have fun, so she was keen to help with our decorations – paper plate pumpkins!
