We decided to have a Smiley Day here at Meyer House Care Home recently, as what’s better than a beaming smile?
Liza, Charlotte and Lisa from our Recreation and Well-Being Team made smiles on plates and asked our residents, “What makes you smile?“.
We had some wonderful answers, shown in the photos, including:
- My family
- Talking to my friends
- Fudge!
- Dogs, dogs and more dogs
- Daffodils
- Music
- Chatting on the phone
Agnes has been trialling our new MP3 Player with headphones, which she found very enjoyable and Kath received some beautiful flowers sent in from her family, which really brightened her day.
And it’s Halloween soon, so we’re looking forward to lots of fun!
